The newly expanded and renovated Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth, Hanover, New Hampshire, seeks an archival fellow to assist with the description, preservation, and accessibility of a collection of slides, negatives, work prints, and digital originals, for one of the most significant bodies of work of a single photojournalist, James Nachtwey. Candidates should have excellent working knowledge of archival, and digital and physical preservation standards, ensuring that the museum is adhering to best practices in archival stewardship. The James Nachtwey Archive Fellow is a one-year term position.
