As the Director of Finance and Administration, you will lead the fiscal and administrative operations at the U-M Museum of Art (UMMA) with a focus on providing strategic insight to leadership and will report to the Museum Director. You will manage the budget process and provide analysis and recommendations around allocation of our $5M+ budget. You will lead the business operations team and have responsibility for human resources, research administration, retail operations, and facilities.  The working location will be a hybrid of remote and on-site at UMMA.
