On March 10, the Minneapolis Institute of Art invited families to celebrate cities big and small with free art activities for all ages. Families created skyscraper hats and drew a bustling city scene inspired by the Minneapolis skyline. Participants also visited The World at Work: Images of Labor and Industry, an exhibition drawn entirely from the MIA's permanent collection. The Minneapolis Institute of Arts offers a wide range of free programs including tours for visitors with memory loss and their caregivers, tours intepreted in American Sign Language, and more.
